Registration
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Provisional bookings are not accepted. A confirmation email and receipt will be provided once payment has been received.
Cancellation and Refunds
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the American Peanut Council (APC).
- Before Nov. 1, 2026: Full refund.
- Nov. 1–Nov. 20, 2026: Refunds will be issued minus a US $150 administrative fee.
- After Nov. 20, 2026: No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 30 days to process.
A substitute attendee from the same company may attend in place of the original registrant, subject to APC approval and applicable registration requirements. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing prior to the event.
APC is not responsible for transportation disruptions, individual travel delays, or other circumstances that prevent an attendee from participating. The cancellation and refund policy above will continue to apply.
Program and Event Changes
APC reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, schedule, meeting format, activities, or other event elements as circumstances require. Such changes do not entitle registrants to a refund outside the cancellation policy stated above.
Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Relocation
If circumstances beyond APC’s reasonable control make it necessary or advisable to cancel, postpone, relocate, or materially alter the event, APC reserves the right to take such action.
Circumstances beyond APC’s reasonable control may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, acts or threats of terrorism, public health emergencies, government actions or restrictions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, venue closures or unavailability, or other events that make it impracticable, unsafe, or inadvisable to hold the event as planned.
If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond APC’s reasonable control, APC will determine any refund based on unrecoverable costs and other financial commitments incurred in connection with the event.
APC is not responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, or other expenses incurred by attendees in connection with the event, including expenses resulting from cancellation, postponement, relocation, or changes to the event.
Use of Personal Data
By registering, you agree that your personal information may be collected and stored electronically by the American Peanut Council for purposes related to event administration and participation.
Certain contact information may be shared with other registered attendees through the event website, mobile app, attendee list, or other event materials to facilitate networking and meeting arrangements.
Your contact information may also be retained by APC to provide information about APC activities, programs, and future events.
APC does not sell personal information or share it with third parties except as described above, as necessary to administer the event, or as otherwise required by law.
Photography and Recording
APC staff, contractors, or authorized representatives may photograph, film, or otherwise record the event.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant APC permission to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video, audio recordings, and other event-related materials for APC communications, educational purposes, publicity, social media, and promotion of current and future APC programs and events, without compensation.
Attendee Conduct
APC is committed to providing a professional and respectful environment for all attendees. Participants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and respectfully toward fellow attendees, speakers, staff, vendors, and guests.
APC reserves the right to remove an individual from the event for disruptive, inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe behavior. An attendee who is removed for such conduct will not be entitled to a refund.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship purchases are binding unless canceled by email to ctaylor@peanutsusa.com within five business days of purchase. Any approved refund will be reduced by credit card, bank, or other transaction fees incurred by APC.
After the five-business-day cancellation period, sponsorship purchases are nonrefundable.
APC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to sponsorship benefits, placements, schedules, or other elements when necessary. If a specific sponsorship benefit becomes unavailable, APC may provide a substitute benefit of comparable value.
Acceptance of Terms
Registration will not be processed without acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, the attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Electronic acceptance constitutes the attendee’s signature and is deemed signed and dated at the time of acceptance.
