Gene Crawford

gene cobra bubblesWebsites Manager

Gene began working with APC in 2010, when he was first tasked with managing the conversion of APC’s MS Access membership database and Cold Fusion website into a more cohesive membership management system. Over the years, his responsibilities have morphed into building and managing several other web properties under the APC umbrella. Namely, the Peanut Research Foundation, the American Peanut Research & Education Society, Peanut Butter for the Hungry, and several international and foreign language websites.

Gene performs all his work under his company, Emedia Web Services. He has over 25 years’ experience in website conceptual planning, development, and operations. Before Gene started his business, he was the Web Manager for the National Association of Secondary School Principals, building that website and their student programs websites. For you parents with college-age students, Gene’s team wrote the first version of the CommonApp, when it was under NASSP at the time.
