2023 APC Sheller MOU
The 2023 APC Sheller MOU for the export of peanuts to the European Union/United Kingdom for food and feed use is critical in re-establishing a working relationship with the EU and UK so that we can jointly resolve technical issues causing excessive aflatoxin border rejections. Submission of the signed MOU certification packet demonstrates that the sheller is committed to meeting the EU/UK’s quality procedures and standards for the control of aflatoxin in peanuts for food and feed use.
