USDA Nutrient Database

The Nutrient Data Laboratory (NDL) has the responsibility to develop USDA's National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, the foundation of most food and nutrition databases in the U.S., used in food policy, research and nutrition monitoring. Our database products are available to the public and scientific community.
